The breakfast buffet was decent with a variety of items to choose from. the location was convenient with easy access to the city center and public transport. the room was spacious and equipped with essential amenities, such as a comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel.
My room was located near the elevator, which resulted in a lot of unnecessary noise throughout the night. the air conditioning was not working correctly, making it difficult to sleep with the increasing heat.

The breakfast was decent with a good variety of choices and the room was clean and spacious. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city center by foot, with many restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel's shuttle service to the main attractions was very convenient.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and overworked, which resulted in slow and poor service. The facilities were also outdated and not well-maintained.
